AMD has launched the Athlon II Neo K145 single-core low-power processor without so much of a fanfare. The AMD Athlon II Neo K145 is designed for use in super thin and light laptops. The K145, which belongs to the 2010 AMD Ultrathin Platform, consumes up to 12W and 1MB of L2 cache.
